  Do I have to give them "1 star"? They seem like a big and professional company but the service and responses are horrible as hell and the it is FAR from professional.
  
  First of all, the secretary Jeanette (to Ernie Wolf) got my ex-husband's email address wrong, the result is of course he wasn't properly served while we assumed he received the email the whole time.
  
  And again, same secretary, in her document, wrote down the wrong date for the court date!!! I can't imagine the consequences if my new lawyer didn't spot that.
  
  And then there's just endless other mistakes, such as spelled my children's name wrong, wrote "male" for my daughter, sent me the email addressing their other client's name. There's never a subject in their emails ever, and the email content is always "Please find attached". No addressing client's name, no mentioning anything about the email. I had to open the attachment and find out what it is about. This causes so much inconvenience when you search back the old documents because there's nothing you can find. Even with the attachment there's no name, just their own number, not even a subject.
  
  If it's a dodgy legal company you can't complain, but not someone who charges you so much money.
  
  Last of all, I paid them out after I found the new lawyer. They didn't remove the caveat. And they are charging some extra ridiculously amount for having it removed. Something that they should have done when the case was closed.
  
  And Ernie Wolf, is the rudest lawyer ever, he literally yelled at me over the phone when I asked him a question, acting like he knows everything and just got pissed off then people question him.
  
  It's just the worst experience I had for my property settlement. Will spread my words around for sure.

  Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I had to take my 17 day old baby to my appointment and the team couldn't have been more supportive. Highly recommend this law firm
