The cruises were absolutely fantastic and could not be faulted. Returned from our cruise last August and there has been no followup contact to see how the cruises went and whether we had any issues. Extremely disappointing.

- Bill Gordin Added June 27, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I contacted Travel Associates Williamstown to book a group of 14 people to go to Spain and was told Laura would email me with the details. Two weeks later nothing, another week goes by and I'm told I have been passed onto Chris who looks after group travel as she was struggling with the booking. Three weeks later nothing, no contact! No wonder travel agents are struggling!
- Sue Morgan Added June 24, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Left details with one of their agents about an extensive trip to Europe , even followed up with her when it was nearing when flights and cruise was to be released for 2020. Well she didn't follow it up or attempt to book anything. We ended up booking with someone else as Travel Associates obviously were not interested in a very lengthy and detailed booking to Europe.

I'd never holidayed anywhere and was extremely nervous about travelling with a 9yo by myself. Hayley was wonderful, answered LOTS of questions and was very patient. We booked again with her 16 months later, excitedly sharing our last experience with her, which she genuinely seemed to care about. Don't know if I'd have made the leap to go originally, without her guidance! Thankyou!
