  The walk-in policy is absolutely absurd. I've had to visit the clinic multiple times only to return home without seeing a doctor. Dr. Shirin is truly exceptional at her job, but it's incredibly difficult to secure an appointment with her due to the unavailability. According to the roster, a doctor is supposed to be working for the next 3 to 4 hours, but when you arrive, the queue is already closed! It's such a frustrating waste of time, and I definitely won't be returning to this clinic again.

  Noticed a board at the reception mentioning not to ask where we are in the queue.
  
  If they don't want us to ask they should make their app efficient enough to inform us how many are in the queue.
  
  Looks like they just wants their visitors to come and sit for hours. Waiting hour's too long. You should wait for 2-3 hours to be called in. Better find another clinic.

  Just like to take a moment out of my day to thank Kate from Williams Landing Radiology, thank you for your happy phone voice, it made my day... I had a few moments of being anxious regarding a procedure, so I called to cancel twice, sorry!!!, Kate made me feel less guilty about having second thoughts, she didn’t get annoyed not even on the second call, she was reassuring and just said that’s OK just take some time and call when you are ready.
  customer service is going to the dogs they say… well not with Kate she is genuinely great at her job!

  They do not allow you to book appointments, so you are forced to go to their clinic and book a doctor. Then you need to wait for hours (Williams Landing branch).
  
  Once checking with the receptionist, she proudly said usually 1 hour wait is normal.
  
  Why don't you then allow booking an appointment to save visitor's time? Doesn't our time have any value??

  Have to say a mixed review
  
  The wait times are horrible, when you have a baby you want to be out as quick as possible and no one likes waiting 3 plus hours just to see a doctor
  
  You guys really need to get booking introduced. Better, quicker and smoother
  
  The doctors I mainly see lina.... she's great! Makes the wait worth it
