  The owner is truly arrogant.
  
  We booked online and the website states that we would get a phone call to confirm the booking. That never happened. When we called them Wendy was rude and couldn't care less.
  
  Initially we were given the wrong location of the apartment we stayed in for 2 nights.
  
  The bins were overflowing and we were rudely told to just "push it down". Why didn't she get her hands in there and do it? Disgusting...
  
  The apartment was nothing like the glamourous pictures portrayed it to be...
  The place was filthy, and there was a build up of DUST EVERYWHERE. Maybe hire some real cleaners, as yours obviously don't care.
  
  The pillows must have come from the 2 dollar shop, as they were thin, lumpy and basically useless. They even smelt funny. One of the people staying with us actually drove home to get some pillows from home.
  
  During our stay we had a visit from The owner. She was RUDE and ARROGANT. She charges us $575 per night, and treated us like dirt. SHAME ON YOU for treating the people that pay for your BMW this way.
  
  WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.
