  Hi, I'm Melissa the host. The google summary is not correct so I want to clarify.
  Re ROOM SIZE: All our rooms are Queen rooms and one of the rooms has its own private lounge area as well as a private balcony so I think the Google summary writer has misunderstood. It is the BATHROOMS in just the Nelson & Lysander rooms that are small. (and those rooms are therefore priced accordingly). The other rooms all have good sized bathrooms - 3 with spa baths. The apartments and cottages all also have normal size bedrooms with Queen beds.
  
  Re VIEWS: Yes we do have lovely water views from 3 of the apartments but other cottages and apartments and the rooms in the main house all have quite different aspects. Just call us and ask. We are more likely to undersell than oversell because we want you to be pleasantly surprised when you stay and to tell others. We've been providing lovely accommodation in Williamstown for 9 years and a lot of our guests return. We hope you will too :)
