  LANDLORDS STAY AWAY! Terrible service from the Property Management department. Maintenance has been let go on our property for up to three months. A routine inspections wasn't even done during the first 12 month tenancy and they've lost the office set of keys to our property.
  
  Our Property Manager never returns phone calls or emails (unless you continually follow it up).
  
  I even emailed Wayne Elly, the Director, to advise we weren't happy and I'm yet to receive a response. Clearly there's a lack of precedence for communication from the top down within this office. If the Director can't be bothered to respond to an email in a timely manner, why would the Property Manager?
  
  I DO NOT recommend you give the management of your most valuable asset to Greg Hocking Elly Partners. Go to another local agent!

  We have never had an inspection, our maintenance requests are never fulfilled, phone calls never returned etc The Property Management department is useless, avoid at all costs.
