    The slowest and most inefficient bank I have ever been to.Lost staff 1 working.And this has been going in for years.

    Their system is always down when you want to open an account. Always have to go a second time. When you finally get it down, they get your address wrong. This happened to my family member first and then to me. Took my family member a few months to get his card because they keep making a mistake in the address. Now, it is happening to me. The call centre was very helpful though and is helping me to sort this out.
